Amazing 3 Day diet (Lose upto 10 pounds)

1/2 cup tuna
1 slice toast
tea or coffee
water
1/2 cup cottage cheese
5 saltine crackers
tea or coffee
water
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice toast
tea or coffee
water
2 slices any choice
of meat
1 cup string beans
1/2 cup beets
1 small apple
1/2 cup ice cream
water
2 hot dogs
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup ice cream
water
1/2 cup tuna
1/2 cup beets
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 cantaloupe

Note:
Drink 5- (8oz) glasses of water a day - 1 before each meal. 1 late afternoon and 1 before bedtime
DO NOT OMIT, SUBSTITUTE OR CHANGE THE ORDER OF THE MEALS, THIS DIET WORKS ON A CHEMICAL BREAKDOWN.
Remember:
YOU CAN ONLY DO THIS FOR 3 DAYS. IF YOU WANT TO LOSE MORE WEIGHT, STOP FOR 10 DAYS , THEN GO BACK ON DIET AND LOSE 10 LBS. AGAIN
